  • Graduated in Social Sciences (Diplom Sozialwirt)
  • Personnel officer in retailing and in the chemical industry (1976-1979)
  • Scientific supervision of several commercial pilot projects of the German Federal Institute for Vocational Training (1979-1990); two-year experimental project at the University of Hannover, Germany, (contact studies for commercial vocational training), since 1986 assistant professor at the University of Hannover
  • Several multi-year training programmes in organisational development, communication, ethics and value management, time management and Total Quality Management
  • Independent consultant since 1983
  • From 1991 until 1995, first a member of the Supervisory Board, later in the Board of Directors of QMS AG
  • Associate of Metrion Management Consulting

Fields of Expertise

  • Consulting and trainings for strategic organisational development.
  • Designing and setting up of vocational training structures in Germany and Korea, Qartar, Serbia, Montenegro, Bosnia-Herzegovina and Ethiopia
